Physicals and Sports Physicals available through Healthy Kids Clinics

The sports physicals clinic will be Tuesday, June 24, from 12:00 - 6:00 PM at Woodford County Middle School.

  • No appointment needed
  • Bring insurance card
  • Students under 18-years old will need a parent or caregiver to accompany them and to sign the consent
Physicals are also always available at schools through the Healthy Kids Clinics. Please contact your school nurse for more information or to schedule a physical for your student.
