The Woodford County Board of Education will host its monthly meeting at the Woodford County Public Schools Central Office. (The new WCPS Central Office building is the old high school. The WCPS Central Office is now located at 180 Frankfort Street.) The public is invited to attend either in-person or online via video live-stream on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnogqvCx7P-73WPmQyfQfQQ). The video will NOT be live-streamed via Facebook. It will be live-streamed on the district's YouTube page.The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19. The district and retirees will be the feature.If attending in person, a member of the public may sign up to make a comment prior to the start of the meeting. If attending virtually, a member of the public may submit a statement via email anytime throughout the day on the date of the meeting to Mrs. Jessie Rayburn (jessie.rayburn@woodford.kyschools.us). Comments must be submitted prior to the 6:00 PM start time. Mrs. Rayburn will print the emails, and each statement will be read during the public comment portion of the agenda. Ms. Elaine Bailey, Communications Officer, will read the comments. A copy of the email will be kept to accurately reflect those who submitted a public comment just as our sign-up sheet is kept now. Each statement will be limited to no more than 3 minutes. Each statement must be related to an item on the agenda
